My career at Qminers began eight years ago as a Trading Analyst after completing my master’s in Probability, Mathematical Statistics, and Econometrics at Charles University. Opting out of a PhD, I was drawn instead to the fast-paced feedback loop of the trading market. Today, I lead initiatives to devise strategic solutions to intricate problems, appreciating the autonomy to tailor my working conditions to optimize productivity and well-being.
