Daria Bilan

I joined Qminers nearly six years ago as a Junior Python Developer while still completing my undergraduate studies. Since then, I have progressed alongside the company and currently hold a senior position with responsibilities extending into analytics. I am accountable for the technical health of analytical models, dedicate substantial time to optimizing and implementing algorithms, and manage the Python onboarding process for new colleagues. During my tenure, I successfully completed my degree in Open Informatics at the Czech Technical University and further specialized in Discrete Models and Algorithms at Charles University, earning several academic titles along the way.

At Qminers, I particularly value the mathematical rigor that transcends typical programming roles and the incredibly intelligent people around me, from whom I learn daily. I enjoy our company events, which always offer opportunities to try new and unique activities in excellent company—experiences that might be rare to come by in ordinary circumstances.
